P.S. Got back on the horse and backed the rv in the driveway, but wouldn't say that I did it with confidence.

Bumps in the road....already!
We realize that as we take on this big adventure, there will be bumps in the road, ie. flat tire, a/c quits, engine trouble etc. However, I didn't think the first "bump" would occur BEFORE we even hit the road! Yes, I backed Big Red (our rv) into the house. Who knew that house was there?! We are currently waiting for the collision center to repair the damage ($8,500 later). Since we are "making lemonade"; better to have this happen while we're still at home! I truly am blessed, my loving husband is very understanding. Ahh, my first glass of lemonade!

In the Beginning...
The Richmond Family would like to welcome you to "Making Lemonade"! Life is too short and precious to be consumed by the lemons that are thrown at us; therefore, we are making lemonade and hitting the wide open road. We are five weeks from our departure date. Preparations have begun: home schooling curriculum, electronic billing, mail distribution, and much more! Anxiety and excitement overwhelm me!
